NOW ENROLLING: Online Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Program (State-Approved)

Guardian Admins is proud to offer a state-approved online instructional format for the Administrator-in-Training (AIT) Program. This structured, instructor-monitored experience allows participants to complete the required Phase I training any time, day or night, while maintaining all NC DHSR standards for oversight, documentation, and competency. As one of the first programs in North Carolina to offer this approved online format, we provide a flexible yet rigorous pathway for future administrators. Upon registration, participants will receive detailed program access instructions via email within 24 hours and will have one full year of access to their learning materials. Please note: the Phase II preceptorship requirement remains unchanged and is NOT included in the online option. Preceptorship remains fully in-person and supervised in accordance with state requirements.
